It took two hours to get a toasted sandwich, and only one woman was serving. We couldn’t order breakfast after checking in early because the kitchen was closed at 11 a.m. Service was incredibly slow for a four-star hotel, and the attitude was awful. Being treated as if we were begging for attention or service was so frustrating.

We came for a wedding, but they weren’t ready for a large group. The air conditioning was noisy, and our door lock didn’t work properly. The small, awkward bathroom and rooms that need freshening up didn’t help, and service was slow. Disappointing. It’s about 15 minutes from the airport without traffic.

There was no water in the rooms or room service, and the restaurant closed early and couldn’t take orders. Breakfast had no cutlery either. When we needed help with the coffee machine, the chef was rude and arrogant, raising his voice at us. Save your money and stay elsewhere. Avani is a better choice.

Some parts of the hotel seemed abandoned, and some rooms had a bad smell. Staff at Kalahari were rude and didn’t respond to requests. The service was terrible, and the whole experience was unpleasant.
