We always stay at Kalahari Arms Hotel when travelling through Botswana on the way to Namibia, and it has been consistently excellent. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well appointed, and make for a comfortable night before getting back on the road. The food is hearty, satisfying, and good value. Staff welcome us warmly with genuine smiles every time. Whether you're there for one night or longer, it's a reliable and comfortable stop in Ghanzi.

I appreciate that the Kalahari Arms Hotel management reached out after my previous review and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. They took responsibility and tried to resolve the issue professionally. My first experience was disappointing, but they responded respectfully and showed good customer service and accountability. I hope my next visit goes much better. Thank you to the team for addressing my concerns.
