This was a terrible experience and a nightmare. The rooms were the worst, yet tourists were forced by law officers to pay for them. It felt like management and agents were working together to take tourists' money, and the lodge staff or agents involved made the experience awful. This kind of thing gives Kasane tourism a bad name. I usually don't write bad reviews.

There was no water, and they didn't tell us over the phone before we arrived. They took our payment for the night before letting us know, then acted surprised when we asked for our money back. I definitely don't recommend staying here.
