Phudzi Hotel

Getting there from South Africa was tricky, but it was worth getting lost. The rooms were clean and better than I expected, and the shower was a delight. The staff made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming, and their laundry service did a spectacular job. My favourite feature was the poolside area and its chairs. I’d give five stars, except the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. Food isn’t their best service.

21/092023 The shower had no hot water, and the aircon didn’t work. They wouldn’t switch my room because the staff said they weren’t authorized, so I had to stay in that faulty room and use a shower in a room far away. What kind of service is that? This was the worst experience I’ve had anywhere. I’ll never use Phudzi again. I’d give zero stars if I could.

The pool and restaurant food were good, and the hotel was beautiful too. My room, bed, and bathroom were comfortable, quiet, and clean. There’s good parking and the location is good. Everything was perfect, with friendly service. Thank you!

The food’s great and well priced, and the staff are really friendly. Everything was neat and tidy. I’ll happily come back any day.
