The mokoro trip was pure magic, gliding quietly through the waterways with nature all around us. It felt like a dream. We also loved our safaris with Steeze, who took such good care of us. His knowledge, enthusiasm and determination made each drive exciting, and he seemed to find whatever we hoped to see, including lions, leopards, elephant families, giraffes, zebras and plenty more. Always smiling and charming, he made every outing memorable. Sable Alley itself exceeded what we expected. The lodge is spectacular, and our Honeymoon Suite felt like a dream, with every detail designed to make it luxurious and special in the heart of the Okavango Delta. From the moment we arrived, the beauty and hospitality stood out. The whole staff was warm, attentive and genuinely committed to making our stay special. We'll remember it for a long time.

The safari was thrilling, with brilliant guides Matt and Mario and all of the big 5s and more. The place itself is absolutely beautiful, with amazing staff and stunning, super comfortable accommodation. Glamping at its finest. A lifetime experience and memory, five stars in every respect.

Mario was our guide and did a fantastic job. He really cares about his clients and the experiences they have. We tipped him and the wait staff at the end of our trip. The daily rhythm was breakfast at 5:30 am, then a game drive from 6 am to 10:30 am. We relaxed at camp until the next drive, 4:30 pm to 8 pm, followed by dinner at 8 pm, then up to do it again. The lodge is a beautiful gem in Botswana, and I can't say enough good things about it. The food was superb, and I liked having private dining instead of the communal meals common at most lodges. Every detail felt just right. Some lodges cost more, but if you don't need a pool or expensive art in your room, this place is more than sufficient.

Bring warm clothes for the cool mornings. The resort is rustic, but that's a minor inconvenience. We had the trip of a lifetime, thanks to the great staff and all the wildlife. CJ was an expert tracker and found a whole menagerie for us, including lions, leopard, boas and plenty more.

We loved our stay at Sable Alley. The rooms are beautiful, the food is superb, and the staff are warm and wonderful. The guides are experienced and excellent, and the animal sightings are hard to believe. A magical place, exceptional from start to finish.
