Cresta Bosele Hotel

That pool is sparkling and would be great on a hot summer day. Cresta Bosele is close to the shopping area, and the reception service was especially good. Rates are affordable and service was great. I’d recommend it for a stay, meetings, parties, or just relaxing at the bar with a football match on.

The pool area is lovely, and despite the bathrooms looking quite dated, everything was clean. But we specifically checked at check-in that the air-conditioning worked. After supper we found it wasn’t working, and opening the windows wasn’t an option because of the mosquitoes. It made for the worst night ever.

The staff were welcoming and it’s a beautiful place. I couldn’t bathe because the water system only gave hot water, so I had to change rooms. If you don’t run into that kind of problem, it’s a beautiful place to stay.

Lizzy at reception made us feel welcome, and the pool was warm, refreshing, and nice. The restaurant was a different story. We had to complain before service improved, and even then we needed to ask the waiters for help. At breakfast, food ran out while guests were still eating. When we asked for more, we were told it was finished and we should eat what was left. Our room phone didn’t work either, so it was hard to reach the hotel, especially as we weren’t from Botswana. We reported it, but nothing was done.
