Ideya-Studiya Apart-Hotel

I got through check-in quickly with no questions, but then found the room in awful shape. There was a sewage smell and no hot water, and nobody even tried to fix the problem. The door creaked so loudly that it probably woke the whole floor whenever we came or went. I'm not coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We came by car, and there was parking about 10 minutes from the center. The basement tavern has a very affordable business lunch menu. The place was clean and pleasant, with friendly staff, and I recommend it for families. The mini kitchen and clean dishes in the room were a nice surprise. A picky person might find fault with the door handles, but for us it was good value for the price.

I was surprised by how good the service was. The staff were great, and the room felt cosy, bright, and clean, with good lighting and a sensible layout. The bed was large and comfortable, with a good mattress. There was a kitchenette with what you need, plus a shower with accessories and heated floors. The location was handy, with a range of shops nearby. The Citizenship and Migration Office is 100 meters away, which may help if you need it. I'd recommend the place to everyone.

Really lovely place, and the staff deserve a mention. They were welcoming, helpful, and upbeat. The hotel is close to the city center, with shops nearby and plenty of parking for a minibus. I think a bus could fit too. Our room was clean and cosy, with its own shower, TV, wardrobe, nightstands, desk, kettle, and air conditioning. They can provide an iron and ironing board if you ask. Disposable tableware and Wi-Fi are available. The rates were 50 rubles for a double, 60 for a triple, and 70 for a quadruple. I recommend it.
