Hotel M-Hotel

The breakfast was a real highlight. We chose the Belarusian option from the menu, and it was tasty and filling, with huge portions. They also brought lemon water with fresh mint and a great cappuccino, all included in the price. We usually prefer buffet breakfasts, but everything was booked for New Year, so we were pleasantly surprised by this setup. We were delighted with the hotel’s interesting interior and private parking. Driving to central Minsk took us about 15-20 minutes, and check-in was quick. We’d gladly recommend it. We’d booked for the New Year holidays and didn’t expect this much comfort from a roadside hotel. Outside it was -22C, but our room was warm and clean. There’s air conditioning for summer, too. We had a mini-fridge, kettle, bottled water, cups, tea bags, and a TV. The carpet was spotless, and the bathroom had a hairdryer. The shampoo smelled amazing. The hotel has its own well, and the water was soft and fragrant. We saw springs nearby, so maybe it really is thermal water. We boiled it and drank it. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and we slept well. The windows looked out toward some kind of fortress. The linens and towels were fresh, clean, and snow-white. On the second day, the maid kept trying to replace them and leave us more bottled water, and we could barely refuse. Whenever we went out, she was busy washing something and greeted us like family.

This was our second event at the M-Hotel, and the food deserves a mention, especially the strudel. Manager Yana clearly keeps things running smoothly. The waitresses brought hot dishes promptly, swapped out empty containers, changed the napkins and cutlery, and kept everything spotless. They also packed up the leftovers quickly. I highly recommend it.

That wonderfully soft water left our hair and skin feeling as if we’d just been to a spa. It was a lovely extra. The breakfasts were delicious, and the staff came across as both pleasant and professional. We stayed two nights and loved the place. Our room was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. The mattress was comfortable and firm, and the bed linen was clean and neatly ironed.

The room was clean, the staff polite, and the food delicious. We spent one night in a suite, though the heat made it hard to enjoy. The huge radiator ran along the window and couldn’t be adjusted, and opening the window didn’t help. The hotel is right by the road, so it’s not remotely secluded, and there was no soundproofing in the room. I think the whole hotel was awake until midnight because of an event in the restaurant.
