Usadba Na Reke Bobr

The beach is only 100-150 meters away, but it's small, crowded, and the water is constantly covered with mud and seaweed. In the yard, ball games aren't allowed, and you need to bring your own firewood. The barbecue is small, so grilling in the rain wouldn't really work. Parking is limited to two cars, and the refrigerators are tiny, so there's not much room for food. The shower and toilet glass inside the house isn't fully covered with film, and the sauna feels crowded with more than three people, especially when using the bathroom. Make sure to ask which house you're booking, since the photos show only one of them. The second house sleeps nine. It was fine in general, but the rules about outdoor music weren't mentioned. I shouldn't have brought a speaker, since music outside is either prohibited or has to be kept quiet. This might suit a quiet getaway, but not a loud party: the contract says there's a large fine and eviction.

The view over the Bobr River was stunning, and we enjoyed walking along it and visiting the park in the center. We celebrated New Year's Eve 2021 here and were very happy with the place. The hosts gave excellent service and quickly responded to all our requests and wishes. It works for both large and small groups. Some apartments connect to the rest of the house, though they can be kept separate. We found the fireplace room, large table, and mini kitchen very comfortable, and enjoyed the barbecue area too.

The playground, swings, and trampoline kept the child busy, and the riverside setting was quiet and lovely. We were pleasantly surprised by the house. From the photos online we'd expected much worse, but it turned out to be clean and cozy. There were eight adults and one child in our group, and we all fit comfortably in separate bedrooms. Bed linen and towels were provided. The dishwasher was a huge help with a group that size. We were very pleased with the stay!

We stayed with three small children, and there was plenty of room for everyone. It felt homey and comfortable. The kids had a small playground, and there was a covered terrace with a barbecue, a sauna, and a small pool. We also had lovely evenings gathered around the fireplace. A wonderful place to relax. We'll definitely be back again...and again.
