Cuba Hostel

They refused to let us into the hostel after 23:00, citing their rules, even though we'd warned them we'd arrive between 24:00 and 1:00. The hostel website says check-in after 23:00 is possible for an extra charge. They knew we had arrived but left us outside overnight: no one opened the door or came out to meet us or explain anything. The next day they still wouldn't check us in, despite our five-day booking. The staff were rude. Cuba Hostel was awful for me!

I stayed one night and checked in at 7:00 PM. My room was clean and had five beds, with three of us staying in it. I can't speak to what Alexandra's place was like, but my roommates were nice, and the receptionist took my request for a quiet night seriously since I was driving. There's a Sosedi bakery nearby and plenty of parking. The hostel had a kitchen, a shower, and free tea and coffee for guests. Everything was clean and tidy for a hostel. For the price, I'd give it five stars!

The manager was pleasant and really knew what they were doing. The hostel itself is clean and nicely laid out, and the price is low. A great place to stay, 10/10!
