I liked the room and thought everything looked beautiful, so the stay was fantastic. But room 313 had a big black stain on the carpet. I can’t comment on the food because I didn’t have lunch. As for the location, there are no shops around apart from EcoPause, so I had to take a taxi :( Edited: I changed the rating to the arithmetic mean…

We stayed for two days, first in a separate room with two beds, then in a block room for four people with two separate rooms. We encountered three staff shifts, and everyone was excellent and friendly. The rooms were cozy and clean, with comfortable beds and linen that smelled fresh and was in great condition. There was a kettle, dishes and a refrigerator in the rooms, which were well soundproofed and faced a quiet, green courtyard. Shower toiletries and towels were provided, and you could get a hairdryer at reception. Disposable cutlery, slippers and other small things were available to buy. We tried the massage chair too, and it was great, 1.80 for 20 minutes. Thank you for the hospitality. When we’re in Minsk, we’ll come back here. Wishing the hotel prosperity. Thanks, Volkovs.

The staff were friendly, but our room was filthy. The shower was awful and the drain clogged. The sinks and toilet looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months, and the curtains seemed never to have been washed. We had to buy slippers and everything else at reception. During five days the room wasn’t cleaned at all, they only took away the trash. Don’t stay here.

It’s quiet here, away from the city noise and bustle, which was the best part for us. The atmosphere feels warm and pleasant, and the staff are polite. Our room had everything described and needed, plus there’s private parking. We recently stayed at this mini-hotel and plan to come back.
