I stay here regularly and have always been pleased. The rooms are very good, the owner is helpful and nice, and the breakfasts are great. It’s a quiet spot, not far from the major transport artery of pr-Partizansky Avenue.

There are just a few rooms per floor, with one shower and toilet shared on each floor. The rooms are nice, and there’s a washing machine and iron. The kitchen is shared on the ground floor, and Wi-Fi is available. Two cars can park in the courtyard, or you can park along the road in the private sector.

The owner is friendly, and breakfast is good. It’s great value for money, though it’s a bit far from the city center and the TV doesn’t work.

The area is quiet and convenient, with the avenue, metro, and ring road all nearby. It’s a nice, affordable hotel, and the owner is very kind.
