We didn't end up visiting. We asked about booking a room for friends for November 1 to 2 and were quoted 800 rubles for two nights, or, I think, 458 rubles for two nights in a room with shared bathrooms on the same floor. Just one night wasn't an option. How are they coming up with those prices? We live next door to this lovely place, so we have some idea of the standard and service. Good luck to everyone!

The one hotel employee we met was so polite, helpful, and nice, six stars out of five. We thought the price and quality were a good match, and would recommend it to budget-conscious travelers. There was no air conditioning in the rooms. We visited during hot weather, but it wasn't a big deal. Parking was ten meters away instead of right by the entrance, which didn't seem like a reason to lower our rating for a budget hotel.

The positive reviews set my husband and me up for disappointment. We stayed August 6-10, 2025, and I paid for a superior room with a shower and toilet. It didn't feel superior at all. The shower fixture was broken, so there was nowhere to hang the shower, and some tiles were broken too. The trash hadn't been taken out for days. Nobody cleaned the room or changed the towels, and you had to ask for toilet paper or you wouldn't get any. There was one bottle of old, unscented liquid soap, with no shampoo or shower gel. At the entrance we had to wear their plastic slippers, supposedly treated with bleach. They made my feet burn, and I'm worried I could get a fungus. It was my husband's birthday, but for the first time nobody congratulated him. Renters who respect themselves always do that around the world. I won't stay there again. You can decide for yourself.
