The rooms were great, but the service was awful :( I can't recommend the breakfast either. It was included, but really disappointing. Staff said half the items weren't available, then I watched those dishes being brought to the table next to us. Maybe the pricier options were being kept from hotel guests. We paid over 500 buna for two nights and got such a skimpy breakfast. They'd have been better off not offering it at all. The food quality was extremely poor, and the man taking orders at the cafe was unfriendly. There isn't a 24-hour reception, and the building gets locked at night. If you come back late, you may find the hotel closed and have to call security and wait for someone to let you in. While we waited, a cleaner in the lobby wouldn't open the door or even answer us. Another cleaner who came to ask whether the room needed tidying called me “girl” 😄. There's no elevator, either, so you'll need to carry suitcases up to the second floor.
