We stayed four days and saw dirt the whole time in the public areas, especially the three elevators at entrance 12K. There was sand underfoot, with dust on the walls and mirrors. We wouldn't let more than four people into the elevator because we didn't want to brush against those dirty walls. The management company should be ashamed.

Fresh air, morning trips to the park, and kids playing on the playgrounds make this a pleasant place to live. The infrastructure is well developed, and getting to the center by public transport is quick.

The air feels clean, almost like being in a forest, even though Chelyuskentsev Park is in the city center. It's a lovely spot for walks, relaxing, or enjoying the attractions. There are lots of mini-cafes for a family snack and some wonderful places for photos.

We've lived here for a couple of years, and it's a fairly big neighborhood with lots of young families. The nearby park and clean air make walks with the kids nice. The modern playgrounds have a good variety of equipment and feel safe. Everything seems well thought out, which gives the area a comfortable, secure feel.

Living here is really convenient. The botanical garden, a park, and the metro are all nearby. Great location!
