We used to come here for lunch with business partners and always had superb service. Today my wife and I waited, got the wrong order, then sat for another half hour. They brought a spoon and fork for the salad, but it was a knife and spoon instead of a knife and fork. The food's quality and presentation were so bad I wanted to cry. Neither the waiter nor manager apologized when we complained. We couldn't even get a bill because we refused the wrong order. At these prices, they should be licking my ass. This is brutal. I don't know what's happened to them this year, but it's completely...

The food and table setup were lovely when we celebrated our anniversary on July 31st. The meat practically melted in my mouth, the shashlik was great, and everything was beautifully presented. Irina, my waitress, deserves special credit. She seemed to anticipate what we needed without hovering, and was a real professional. The bartenders, hookah man, and waiters were all friendly and attentive, and the hookah was amazing. Thank you! We picked the restaurant for its spot on the shore of the Minsk Sea and the beautiful view from the window. There's a rental shop nearby for yachting, and the yacht pier is right beside the restaurant. The evening was let down by the music rules. When booking the banquet, the manager said there'd be live music on Fridays, but on the day we were told there wouldn't be any. In fact, only quiet background music was allowed, with no singing or dancing because, the manager said, other guests would be disturbed. We asked for dance music and were refused. Manager Elena said there was no one to play it and no DJ, even though the background music was coming from YouTube and could easily have been switched to tracks everyone could take turns playing. There were three groups in the room. Two wanted dance music, and the third said we wouldn't bother them by dancing and playing music. So I can only conclude Elena made the decision herself. Whenever we turned the volume up, she'd come over and turn it right back down. She even suggested dancing outside after the restaurant closed (!) at 11:00 PM, when the dance program would begin. A restaurant should be able to host a loud, fun event, rather than have guests eat quietly from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM and dance outside afterward. The manager's professionalism left a lot to be desired. It would've been easy to reach an agreement and accommodate the guests. Because of this, I can't recommend the place for special occasions. For a quiet family lunch or dinner, though, it's perfect.

June 27, 2020. I can't call this place anything but a dive bar. The manager was rude and nowhere to be seen. Nobody greeted me or helped me find a free table, so I had to look for one myself. The terrace tables were in awful shape, with flies crawling all over the table and sofa. They served the food on a dirty table that hadn't been cleared or wiped. I asked about the wait before ordering an Antiburger and was told 30 minutes. It took an hour, and the hot food arrived cold, looking as if it had been reheated several times. The cover band was talentless too. Their soundcheck started at 5:30 PM, and for 40 minutes we had to listen to a drummer with no talent and a lead singer with neither a voice nor an ear for music. When we asked them to lower the volume a little, we were told this was just the beginning. Then they turned it up, seemingly out of spite, and we got another 10 minutes of drumming that annoyed everyone there. The service was cafeteria-level bad, with no customer focus and no apology for the inconvenience. The whole experience was ruined. On a scale of one to five, this place gets minus 5 from me.
