Royal apartments Minsk

Don't book here if you want to avoid a ruined holiday. We paid a 50% deposit, then on check-in day followed their request to give an hour's notice. With our kids, we ended up waiting outside the building for the keys, only to be told we couldn't check in. They then spun a story about other guests coming from the airport, missing their flight, and being unable to get there because they were in another city. The price they quoted turned out to be 2.5 times lower than what they actually charged. They offered another address, much too far away, by then it was evening and we felt we had no other choice. The apartment they moved us to was shabby, had no cutlery, and every towel was wet. Think twice. I hope this review helps others steer clear of this company.
