The house was spotless, with warm floors throughout, and the beds had nice mattresses. We came for a weekend with five families, and had five bedrooms plus a basement to use, with beds everywhere. The bathrooms were a highlight, both their number and layout, and they even had cotton pads and swabs. There were thoughtful touches throughout, from the lighting and nightlights to the lamps and towels in the bedrooms and bathhouse. The kitchen worked especially well for our group since we cook for ourselves. It had a great stove, modern oven, all the utensils we needed, and a dishwasher. There was lots of parking, which mattered since we all drove. For entertainment, the kids loved karaoke, we spent a couple hours playing table tennis, and the film library was huge. The sauna had plenty of sheets and towels, looked so beautiful we paused at the entrance, and the pool was inviting. The hosts, Andrey and Tatyana, were lovely. They showed us around, explained everything and answered all our questions, even personal ones. The location was excellent, just five minutes along Mogilevka. Dear Tatyana and Andrey, thanks so much for a wonderful time. We hope no economic upheaval shakes this place, because we want to come back again and again. We won’t add photos, we already have plenty. Better to go see it for yourself.

We got lovely photos with the fountain in the background and really enjoyed spending time on the grounds with a cover band playing. I was there for a friend’s wedding, and the reception hall was beautifully decorated. The catering was fantastic, and the sound was excellent. The hosts welcomed us warmly, showed us around and explained everything. We were thrilled with the venue, it was a fantastic place for a wedding!

My brother’s wedding left us with wonderful photos of happy guests and a great mood. The celebration was in a beautiful, modern-style gazebo, and the off-site registration took place on the grounds. I liked the design and the lovely photo spots. Andrey and Tatyana, the hosts, were very helpful and recommended a good decorator and chefs. Guests also had a great holiday home to use, with billiards, luxurious bedrooms and lots of space for children to relax and play. It’s a great venue for celebrations. I recommend visiting to see how large the grounds are and meet the owners of this cozy place. We liked everything. Thank you for paying attention to each guest 🤗

Not a great place! There’s no proper meat cooking area, just a small grill outside. The electric sauna is tiny, maybe enough for 4-5 people at most. After midnight the owners refuse to heat it and close access to both it and the plunge pool. There are very few kitchen supplies. After 11pm, there are disagreements with the owners over using karaoke because it’s “too loud.” At checkout they deduct money from the deposit for every person who came, even if they only stopped by for a couple of hours. Not much of a place, I don’t recommend it!!!

The banquet hall is tidy and bright, though small. 50 people is the maximum, really the absolute maximum, and the disco sound in the hall is good. The place itself is beautiful, with a neat yard and no unnecessary stuff, but everything you need is there. The staff and owner are polite and attentive. One catch: music can only play until 11pm, and the volume at an outdoor registration has to be very low. That’s the result of being in a residential area.
