The overcrowding made it hard to relax. There was barely any room in the changing area, no free loungers by the pool, and we could only just find a chair for our things. People were queuing for the sauna and hammam, while the jacuzzis were packed. Do you even keep track of how many visitors are there? If they'd warned me at the entrance, I wouldn't have gone in and ended up standing around without a lounger or waiting in line for the sauna. I've visited twice, at 8:00 PM on May 12, 2026, and 7:15 AM on May 13, 2026. Both times, the girls at the spa reception managed to put me in a bad mood right away. They spoke to guests as though we owed them something. Owners and managers, please sort this out. Staff politeness is the first thing that brings in profit, and it doesn't require investment. Or am I missing something? I don't understand all the glowing reviews. Maybe they're from people visiting a pool for the first time. I don't recommend it.

The poolside area was especially off-putting. There were napkins, bits of shoes, and loads of clumps of hair all over. Even ordinary pools in Minsk and the surrounding areas are much cleaner. Of the four showers in front of the sauna and banya, two were out of order. We went to the Aquazone for the first time on April 3, 2026, at 7 PM, and the experience fell far short of what we expected. I called the day before to ask about the details, but the administrator didn't answer my questions. When we arrived, we explained it was our first visit, paid, and asked where to go, only to be met with a complaint straight away. There was a line ahead of us, so we had to wait. Why not warn people about that before they go to the pool? I don't recommend this place.

After our time in the Aquazone, we had a massage that was divine. The therapists quickly focused on our problem areas and the intensity we preferred, and the hour went by in no time. I bought my husband and myself a certificate for the aqua zone and massage as a February 14th gift. The aqua zone was a real treat: clean and spacious, with a subtle pleasant scent. The jacuzzi worked perfectly, and its bubbles relaxed our muscles right away. We swam, soaked in the jacuzzi, and used the sauna; afterward we felt soft and weightless. There was also a quiet relaxation area with lounge chairs where we could catch our breath.

Great place. I go to the aqua zone and get a massage every Friday. I'd recommend it!
