Your Hostel

I spent a really memorable and precious time at this hostel with all my Pakistani friends. The owner, MAMA, was wonderful and treated us with so much respect. She always made us feel at home. Everyone staying there, whether Russian or from somewhere else, treated us like family. The rooms and beds were very clean, and they cleaned the rooms and everything else every day. It was a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it. I wish I could go back. I'll remember those days for the rest of my life, and we'll miss you, MAMA. Wishing the hostel owner a happy, good life. Stay happy always.

Getting there: take bus 53 or 46 from Nemiga Metro stop, or bus 34 from Acadenia Metro, and get off at the second stop after the high-rises end. The hostel is clean, sunny, and homey, but it’s a hostel: I shared a room with 10 people for three weeks. My language school recommended it, though there was the usual hostel drama. I was looking at a cake on the table where people leave food for anyone to eat when a woman yelled, “It's not yours!” Her shirt said, “Make love. Not drama.”

A fellow guest threatened me, and the hostel owners were rude and unfriendly. It was a terrible experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at the best hostel in Minsk! It was lovely meeting the owner and the staff. A big thank you, and I hope to be back.
