It's a good place to live, though it can be a bit windy. They've planted lots of trees around it, and once they grow, they should offer some shelter. It's fenced in and has beautiful views, though it's at the farthest point in Soligorsk. As of 2022, I'd give it four stars. Maybe it'll be better in the future, but for now, that's where it stands.

There's parking right in the yard, and the playground is probably the city's best, kindergartens aside. A great spot.

The location itself deserves a 10 from me: it's quiet and peaceful, even with the “Spiderweb,” though there are mosquitoes and midges. My concern is the buildings. The construction quality is terrible, and the new buildings going up now have plenty of defects. The price is very affordable, but many buyers take out loans to purchase an apartment, so it's worth considering whether you'll have spare money for problems.

The square meter costs around $1,000, which is a lot to consider. It's a new residential area, though, with plenty of parking and a fantastic playground.

Lovely beach and a beautiful area. I just wish I could get rid of the mosquitoes.
