They've failed to honor my reservation twice now. The first time I was an hour late, so I was upset but not angry. This time I booked four days ahead and confirmed yesterday and again today. I told them I was coming by bus and would arrive between 8 and 9, not before 8, and asked them not to give away the room. I got there right at 8 and they'd already given it away. I was left walking around alone at night trying to find somewhere to stay. That's so wrong. My daughter also got lice from this hotel once. I would never recommend the place. It's awful.

Just keep in mind it's a hostel, and that's what you get. The rooms were clean, with only the basics, and the service was helpful.

I've stayed here twice and was happy both times. For the price, it's hard to beat: the rooms are a decent size and air conditioning is included, which isn't usual at this price. They also take pets, which is why I booked the first time. It's within walking distance of the big casino and about US$100 less per night.

The spot was ideal, just around the corner from BTL Park and several restaurants. Two friends and I shared one of the double rooms with AC, and it suited what we needed perfectly. The owner and staff were helpful and accommodating.
