Casa De Shangrila Boutique Hotel

The hosts are kind, polite, and welcoming, and the hostel gets cleaned every day. It’s one of the cheapest places here, with great prices for backpackers and others. The quiet, safe area is well located near the central bus station and water taxi terminal, with groceries and cafes close by. There’s air conditioning, lockers, and a large kitchen with everything needed to cook and store food. You also get a big towel, and there’s a balcony where smoking is allowed. The place has a good security system. Lots of tourists stay here, which says a lot about how good it is.

The owner is friendly and clearly travels too. Casa Shangrila is quiet despite being centrally placed near the bus terminal, and the price is excellent for that location. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and had good air conditioning.

This Air BnB has become our usual place whenever we’re in Belize City, and we’ve stayed here several times. It’s right in the town center, so food and shops are easy to reach, and we can enjoy the city in a safe setting. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with a lot of nice extras you don’t find everywhere, all for a very affordable rate. Definitely recommend it.

The bed was really cozy, and the atmosphere was peaceful. I loved how the place felt private while still being convenient. From the moment I arrived, the guest house felt welcoming and comfortable. It’s spotless, nicely put together, and has those thoughtful little touches that make it feel like home.
