The people were kind and helpful, and several restaurants are an easy walk away. The beds were fairly comfortable and the shower got hot, but the thin fleece-style blankets weren't much. I don't think the air conditioning worked. There was only one light, a fluorescent bulb above the ceiling fan, which made a strobe effect. It was noisy, and daylight came through cracks in the wall. We slept with the windows open to cool off. I'm pretty sure we left with bed bug bites, though I haven't confirmed whether any bugs came along with us, so check carefully. We booked at the last minute, and the quality seemed about what I'd expect, but I wouldn't stay here again.

We had three very comfortable, enjoyable nights here, and it made a great base for our San Ignacio adventures. It's close to town but still peaceful. The kitchen is handy, with a fridge and coffee machine, plus complimentary water and coffee. The owners and staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended 😊

The pillows were pretty terrible, and a nearby rooster made it hard to get any peace. It started at 2:22am, crowed a few times each hour until about 5, then really got going for another hour. I chose this place because it was listed as having AC, but it doesn't, and it's too hot and miserable without it. I'm not sure whether the hotel gave Expedia false information or Expedia advertised it incorrectly.

The room was basic and clean, and the location was good, just a few minutes from the bus station and restaurants. The price is fair for what you get. I didn't need to use the AC because the fans were more than enough, though the place could use a bit of renovation.

The location was a five-minute walk outside the town center, halfway up a steep hill with a nice view of the area. The room was simple, clean, and comfortable, with a hot shower, ceiling fan, and standing fan. Screens kept the mosquitoes out. Water was available in the kitchen, and check-in and checkout were easy. I'd definitely visit again!
