I booked this apartment to be nearer the airport and avoid missing my morning flight. It’s outside the busy city, across from an ocean view, and set up as a solo apartment. There’s a bathroom, dorm-style refrigerator, and microwave in the room. Airport convenience comes at a cost: weekend rates felt pricey, and cleaning and tourism fees add to the bill. Food delivery is available from nearby areas.

The owner and staff were very accommodating, and the large rooms have Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. It’s also not far from the international airport. There’s a lot of potential here, but plenty of work still needs doing. During my stay, supplies and unfinished landscaping were distracting from what would otherwise be an amazing view.

We were glad we chose this condo instead of a hotel room. Our host replied quickly whenever we had questions through the Airbnb app and was always available there. The balcony has a nice ocean view, and tours, groceries, and shopping are all close by.
