Our family of nine, grandparents, kids, and grandkids, stayed for eight days over the holidays, and there was room for everyone. They even put up a Christmas tree, so the grandkids had a couple of presents to open on Christmas morning. Beach Club access and amenities were just steps away, which made a convenient location on the peninsula even better. The host was next door and responded right away to every question and request. The place was clean and very well kept overall, though a few areas could use some attention. A super place to stay in Placencia!

Such a nice place, with friendly people and lots of great food spots nearby. The house was amazing and big enough for up to three families, with an incredible view. Best place I’ve ever stayed!

Shane and the staff were wonderful and so accommodating. We enjoyed chatting with them, and still had privacy. Shane also booked some fabulous excursions that everyone enjoyed. The house was amazing, with enough room for three couples to have their own spaces. We celebrated a 50th birthday there, and it was an incredible place for it. We’re looking forward to going back and bringing family next time.

Shane picked up our group of seven at Placencia Airport. Casa de Sol was bigger than we needed, but we appreciated the spaciousness, amenities, and easy access to the beach and Placencia businesses. The Placencia Beach Club kept us supplied with drinks on our beach and pool days. Shane arranged smirking, Mayan ruins, and deep sea fishing for us. We also had massages and a visiting chef at the house.

A lovely spot for relaxing and enjoying tropical life. We liked the host and how close it was to the beach club, plus Chill Point for coffee, wine, and ice cream.
