Table Rock Jungle Lodge

The setting was so peaceful, and I’d definitely recommend a stay here. The rooms are lovely, and hearing monkeys now and then was exciting. My family enjoyed the hikes and feeding the donkeys, and there are fun activities like tubing on the river that runs along the property. The food was especially good. It is a bit far from town, but the staff were very helpful arranging taxis when we needed them. We loved the experience.

We had dinner in St Ignacio, but breakfast at Table Rock was tasty, and the morning bird tour was fabulous. Our guide knew a lot and helped us spot all kinds of beautiful birds, including the infamous toucans. The cabanas were comfortable, with thoughtful touches like filtered water, hammocks, and a clothes line. They're tucked into the jungle, and the design and layout are really well considered. Around the pool and restaurant, you can hear, see, and smell the jungle, with birds, frogs, and monkeys in the distance. It was a gem, and we'll be back.

Feeding the donkeys and rabbits was a big hit with our 14- and 11-year-old. The staff treated my kids like family, and the people there started feeling like family to us too. Meals among the trees were magical, and the food was amazing. We loved the rustic, comfortable rooms and the movie-like feel of the resort. It was one of the best family stays I've had. I was sad to leave and am already trying to plan another visit. Thank you, Table Rock, for a wonderful few days in your beautiful jungle resort. A must-stay if you visit San Ignacio!

We spent five nights at Table Rock Lodge, and it was amazing. Most mornings in our River Valley View Cabana began with birds singing and Howler Monkeys calling. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious, with different choices and specials each day. We used the airport transfer on arrival and departure. Both drivers were prompt, professional, and courteous. We also went on three excursions: ATM Cave, which was amazing, a half-day horseback ride to the Xunantunich Mayan site, and the onsite night hike. Everyone on staff was welcoming and knew us by name. Five stars all around, with special thanks to Zeekion in Guest Services, Aziel and Lloyda in the restaurant, and Oscar and Alvaro in the Bar. It was our first trip to Belize, but not our last. We'll definitely return to Table Rock. Highly recommend.
