Costa Blu Adults Only Beach Resort

The ocean views and peaceful atmosphere make this a great place to unwind. There are permanent resort guests too, the iguanas, and they're harmless and fun to see each morning. San Pedro is about six miles north, so I'd recommend renting a golf cart. The roads are bumpy in spots, smoother concrete closer to town, and the ride is scenic and a bit of an adventure. The kitchen serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with plenty of flavorful options. The whole team helped make the stay worthwhile, from the front desk and housekeeping to the person juggling bartender, bellhop, waiter, and room service duties. Wayne and Stewart kept the service side running smoothly, and the front office staff made sure things were in order. Housekeeping was great and ready to help with room needs.

The staff were some of the friendliest and most welcoming my wife or I have ever met. They gladly answered our questions and gave us great suggestions for food and sightseeing. We can't wait to come back. The property was quiet, relaxing, and well kept, and the accommodations were very comfortable. San Pedro wasn't too far away for us, especially with good places to explore, eat, and dive along the route.

For our first trip to Belize, Costa Blu Resort was a great choice. The rooms were lovely and kept very clean with daily housekeeping. Everyone was helpful and friendly, from the front desk to the bartenders. The restaurant was so good that you could happily stay at the resort the whole time, and it had good vegetarian options too. We had a great stay.

You'll need a golf cart to get around, since town is quite a distance away. But if you're after a relaxing vacation, I really recommend this comfortable, clean resort. The staff made a big difference, from the front desk and bartender to the cook. Pedro, Shajeda, Frank, Wayne, Lotion, and Allison were wonderful assets and all amazing.
