The property was well cared for and in a convenient location, and it worked perfectly for families. Everyone was friendly and had helpful suggestions. Once we told them which excursions we wanted and where we planned to eat, they took care of the details. They even checked on us midday while we were out on a full-day excursion. Great resort and service.

This was our fourth visit to the Phoenix, and I keep coming back to how much effort every staff member puts into giving you the trip you’re hoping for. They arranged our flights through Tropic Air and even had distilled water brought to our room for the CPAP machine. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

I stayed at the end of 2025 and would highly recommend it. The condo units are great, with kitchens, laundry, and more. The staff were kind and very helpful, going above and beyond whenever I needed help making arrangements. My only wish is that there were a hot tub near the pools. Otherwise, it was perfect.

We wanted more than quick glimpses of Caribbean ports on cruises, so we spent a week in San Pedro, Belize. From the resort, it’s easy to get to excellent restaurants and all the snorkeling and scuba options you could want. The area is very walkable, though plenty of people rent golf carts too. The suites were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were accommodating and helpful. Guest services arranged several excursions for us, both on the water and on the mainland.

Our son had an allergic reaction at a restaurant, and the staff walked us to the ER and waited to make sure he was okay. They checked on us again the next day, which was incredibly thoughtful. The concierge was also great at arranging things, calling restaurants with questions and making reservations. We even found out that the hotel restaurant had the island’s best dessert. Our dive center was just steps down the beach, and the pool was nice. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We booked a spacious, well-equipped two-bedroom suite, with kitchen basics including a stocked Kuerig, big TVs in every room, a washer and dryer, and a huge balcony. It’s a calm suite-only resort with just 27 units as far as we could see. There were more included amenities than we could use, including an onsite restaurant, a bar with free daily happy hour drinks, daily free activities like wine tasting and s’mores making, and airport transfers. Housekeeping came twice a day. At check-in, we got a quick tour and explanation of the property, plus a small bottle of rum and arrival snacks. Everything useful was walkable, and Green Espresso Coffe Bar, an excellent coffee shop, was just two blocks away. Don’t let the 3-star designation put you off. The hospitality felt 5-star.
