Villa Vaya Vista

Olvin and Cindy made the trip feel special. They were friendly, informative, and always ready to help with whatever we needed. They really made us feel like family.

The people made our stay at Villa Vaya Vista especially welcoming. Orvin and Cindy were warm, attentive caretakers who really looked after our comfort, and their sweet dog Cheese Pizza greeted us every day. We also got to meet the owners from Nebraska. They were so kind and welcoming, and it was clear how much pride they take in the property. The villa has a calm, private feel beside the lagoon, with lovely views and beautiful sunsets. There are kayaks for exploring the peaceful water, and the included golf cart made it easy to visit nearby restaurants, beaches, and shops. Inside, the kitchen was fully stocked, even with a juicer, and there was a coffee bar. We also had the option of a private chef for meals, and everything we ate was fresh, local, and delicious. We spent plenty of time around the spacious pool, with built-in bar stools and room to lounge or swim. The house has several levels, outdoor grills, and lots of space for relaxing or entertaining. If you want a luxurious, serene Belize stay with friendly hospitality, this place is a great choice. Getting there was easy for us, flying into Placencia. I’d recommend it to families, couples, or anyone looking to relax and explore.

The sunsets were a lovely bonus at this amazing villa. It was beautifully decorated, and the service we received was top notch.

Everyone at Gecko was wonderful to work with, from planning before the trip through the staff onsite. The whole experience was top notch, and I can’t wait to return.
