Delynne Boutique Hotel

My flight was canceled because of an airspace shutdown, something outside my control, and the response from Delynne Boutique Hotel made an already stressful situation worse. They offered neither a refund nor another arrangement. I found the lack of sympathy and flexibility appalling, especially from a place calling itself a boutique hotel. It felt as though profit mattered more than guests. I'd think twice before booking here.

The owners were quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed something, and made sure we were taken care of. The pool was lovely and always clean. Our apartment was clean too, though the cabinets smelled musty and the kitchen didn't have many utensils. Room service came every two or three days. Decent stay overall.

We arrived worn out and left feeling rested, and we'd come back. The Delynne is peaceful despite being fairly close to Willemstad, and its central position made it easy to explore Curaçao in any direction. The place felt welcoming, with guests from all over the world. Rooms were clean and had enough equipment to prepare meals, and the staff were kind, helpful, and clearly cared about the property and guests' comfort. It isn't a Sandals - Club Med style resort where every wish is handled, but for a quiet place to relax and recharge, it worked beautifully. We highly recommend it.

A handy spot for resting, not too far from the city center. The rooms are simply furnished but had what we needed for a vacation, and the pool was suitable and kept clean. The staff were very friendly and spoke languages impressively well. Recommended.
