Everything was good, really.

We stayed in the Serenity apartment, which had a roomy master bedroom with its own bathroom, plus two more bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The living room was spacious and open to the kitchen, and the big balcony terrace caught a lovely breeze. The complex sits high up and gets a wonderful breeze too. Jan Thiel is easy to reach, though the drive to Willemstad usually means sitting in traffic.

It's a quiet spot, but the building could use better maintenance. The surrounding area is messy, and the trash can was overflowing and hadn't been emptied. Evening traffic is another downside.
