Sasquatch Inn

My friend enjoyed her wrap, and I had a beef dip and caesar salad while fitting in some unexpected work during our camping trip. Great food and service, even on a busy weekend. It was the perfect place to stop and get things done.

After a day riding the Harrison Lake FSR from Whistler, the Sasquatch Inn was just the right place to stop. The food was great and the atmosphere was fantastic, exactly what you want after a long backcountry ride. It made the journey even better. Highly recommend if you’re exploring the area on two wheels! The pizzas are absolutely delicious, and on both visits the food and service were amazing. The first server used to deliver mail to us in hope. I wish I’d gotten her name, because she was so friendly and on top of everything. I went back to the inn this afternoon on the 5th, and the service was just as immaculate. As a waitress myself, the staff were so friendly and attentive that it made me want to apply there. I wish I’d caught today’s waitress’s name too, she was just as amazing. Can’t wait to return!

We came in for a quick meal because we were tired and still had a 1.5-hour drive home. The wait turned out to be over an hour, but the server didn’t mention that when taking our order. With two small children, the unexpected delay was especially hard, and nobody checked in or gave us an update. We know restaurants get busy, but a heads-up would have helped us decide what to do. We hope communication with guests improves.
