Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton, Airdrie, AB, Canada

My grandmother and aunt came to visit for my birthday and have been enjoying their stay. When we realized their room didn't have a fridge, we called the front desk to ask if one could be brought up so they could keep food there. The woman who answered was incredibly kind, and the hotel ended up putting both a fridge and microwave in their room. I'm so thankful the staff helped my family make the most of their visit to Alberta. They treated them very well.

The breakfast was one of the best complimentary ones I've had, with a wide selection, and the customer service was excellent. Our room had a good layout with two queen beds and a couch cot, though I wish the TV were angled toward the beds. I could totally live here. The only reason I gave it four stars was the tiny, disappointing pool.

For $115 including tax, we got a massive king room with a sofa bed and plenty of space for the kids. The pool was okay, with no slide, but the kids still had fun. Breakfast was better than we expected, with cereal, waffles, bacon, omelettes, hash browns, oatmeal, juice, and more. Modern place at an affordable price. I'd highly recommend staying here.

The standard rooms don't have a fridge or microwave, but there are carts with both available on request. We got one on our second day. The hotel was very clean and quiet, with a large open breakfast area, and the staff were friendly and helpful. After a terrible stay at the Days Inn down the road, this place was great. Hampton by Hilton is always a good stay, and this is our new go-to in Airdrie.
