Super 8 by Wyndham Airdrie AB

The kids woke up at 5 am and went down for breakfast, which was sufficient. The front desk woman was so nice when we arrived last night, and the staff were accommodating. Comfort Inn wouldn't let all of us sleep in one room, but Super 8 did. We slept well!

We stayed in a suite with a separate bedroom, and it was nice enough for what I expected. The carpets were dirty, but the blackout curtains worked well. The small breakfast room had a good waffle maker. We didn't ask for extra blankets, and there weren't any in the room. The beds just had a sheet and that blanket nobody wants to touch.

We were exhausted when we arrived late at night without a reservation and just needed somewhere to sleep. The room was really nice and the beds were comfortable, a great place to rest after a long day of driving. The next morning, the free breakfast surprised us in a good way: there was a setup for making fresh waffles. We were very impressed and would stay again when passing through.

There’s a big family rec centre right across the street, with pools, a hot tub, and skating rinks. The rooms are a nice size, pets are welcome, and breakfast is included in a quaint, clean cafe. Prices are great, and the property is clean and has what you need for a short or long stay. The staff are well trained, and some have worked there for many years. Management makes you feel like family. Excellent location, and by far the best place to stay in the area.
