Daria, the front office supervisor, surprised my daughter for her eighth birthday with a cute scavenger hunt in our room. She had so much fun, and we really appreciated the thought behind it. Thanks, Daria! We stayed at the Hilton in Ajax over the weekend, and we come here often. The staff always make my family and me feel welcome and valued. We've had a great experience every time.

The location worked perfectly for our trip, just off the 401, and we never heard the traffic. Inside, the room was clean, roomy and lovely, with comfortable beds. Check-in was quick, and the staff were cheerful and friendly. It was nice to have coffee when we woke up before heading back out on our journey.

The same attentive service carried through to the bar the next evening, too. In the morning, Natalee made breakfast a great start to a day on the road, with a hot meal and staff who were really engaged. This hotel seems well managed.

The pool and hot tub were nice, and breakfast came with my package and had lots of choices. I was here for one business night and got a very large King room. It was quite nice, apart from a strange orange mark on the carpet.

For what it costs, the beds are the most comfortable. There's a decent restaurant downstairs, too. But the gym was completely broken, and on a Thursday night the hotel was full of noisy hockey kids. It could be a really nice place if they put some money into fixing the hallway heat and the gym.
