Quality Inn & Suites Downtown Windsor

The front desk staff were super friendly, 4 stars, and the rooms were clean, 3 stars. The location gets 2 stars. Be prepared for a lot of homelessness and drug use nearby, including outside the hotel window and at the McDonald's right beside it. Windsor clearly has this issue in many places, but there was a lot of activity around this location. It's close to the casino, which is a bonus.

The staff were wonderful, the rooms were clean, and the free breakfast was awesome. The building was being renovated, so we had to come in through the back alley. The area isn't great at night, though I didn't feel unsafe. I'd suggest adding more lights at the front and back of the hotel. I'd stay here again.

The room was dated, but clean, and the service was friendly. The walls were paper thin, so I could hear road noise, neighbours talking, people walking, and even someone peeing. We stayed on New Year's Eve and had loud partying on our floor until almost 5 a.m. They should have put the partygoers on a different floor from people who wanted to sleep.

It's an older building, but extremely clean. All the staff are welcoming, pleasant, and easy to talk to. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. Keep up the great work!
