We came to Annapolis Royal for a wedding and stayed one night at the inn. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and we appreciated the parking and location. The historic building and antique interior had a lovely charm and made for a rare experience. Our room was cozy, so we didn't mind sleeping in and missing breakfast. Since we didn't try the food, that's a reason to come back.

We found this hidden gem in Annapolis Royal and had an amazing stay. The breakfast was so delicious, and the room was comfortable. The location is hard to beat, within walking distance of the bay. I only wish the kitchen had been open while we were there, as I'm sure dinner would be delectable. Highly recommend!

Alanna was so sweet and accommodating when we booked a room at the Garrison House Inn at the last minute, after a horrible night at the Digby Pines Hotel. We had a nice, large room, and both breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were delicious. My only suggestion is to find a way to put a mini fridge in the room. Otherwise, our stay was perfect, and I'd highly recommend this B&B.

The hostess and owner was very sweet and engaging, and the excellent full breakfast was a lovely finish to our stay. Room six was quaint and adequately appointed, with a very comfortable bed. The historic house is stunning, with lovely interior touches, and the location is perfect with plenty of parking. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Murray and Alana were accommodating and took time to answer our questions about the area. They also shared nearby places to visit and see, and explained the tides on the Bay. The location and view across from Fort Anne are excellent, with easy access to the strip of land where you can watch the tide and see the community across the bay. Breakfast was excellent, and we enjoyed the seafood pie for dinner. I wasn't keen on the escargots stuffed in the cherry tomato, though that may just be my taste. Our room was clean and tidy, and the bed was nice, but the pullout sofa was very uncomfortable. We'd stay again, but would definitely choose a room without that sofa.
