We’d be remiss if we didn’t thank Summer at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and easy, and her help was fantastic. You don’t come across customer service like that very often anymore. Thanks, Summer, for making the stay comfortable and memorable. I rarely write reviews, but wanted to recognize her.

We chose a kitchenette room for New Year’s, paying a bit more for the larger fridge, cookware, cutlery, plates, and induction cooker. With kids, it’s enough for quick noodles or reheating food. There are a few places to eat nearby, and the main roads and plazas aren’t far. The staff were friendly and helped with a billing problem involving our third-party booking platform. Breakfast was limited but included, and the free coffee all day was welcome. Parking was sufficient, and the small pool and gym worked for us. The hotel was clean, with no bad smell or dirty carpets. I’d recommend it for a short stay or a budget trip.

Our Minor Hockey stay went really well. Summer and the rest of the staff were tremendously friendly. Parking was easy, the location was close to all amenities, and breakfast had a great hot and cold selection. The pool is small but workable. Tip: rent a room where the team can eat and play mini sticks. Thanks to Summer and the staff!

Love checked us in and was really helpful about our last-minute request. I don’t know all the staff members’ names, but everyone was courteous and helpful and took care of everything we asked for. Breakfast was basic but filling, and the staff managing the crowd were very friendly.
