The location worked well for driving to Quebec City and nearby attractions, and the pool area was okay, though the water had bugs, bits of bark, and dirt in it. The rest of our stay was awful. We were there for about seven days at the end of July, and the room felt like a neglected old apartment: dated, dirty, with uncomfortable old beds and worn sheets and pillows. There were ant and bug traps around because bugs were crawling through the room. The shower was dirty too, and the towels were paper-thin. Out back, the patio was covered in cobwebs and too dirty to use, so we tried to spend as little time in the room as possible. I reported the condition to the desk on Saturday morning. They said cleaning staff were short and someone would come Monday, but nobody did. I had to complain again Tuesday, and the person they sent only mopped a little. I don't see why we paid another $321 in resort fees when upkeep was so poor. They also charged us $30 for checking out about half an hour after 10 a.m., even though we had a toddler and the checkout time hadn't been made clear. Other places would probably allow another half hour to an hour. For about $50 more a night, the Delta Saint-Anne down the road is beautiful. I've never been more disappointed by a place I've stayed. It's run down, needs serious repairs, and the staff weren't helpful. I wouldn't recommend it for a family.

The location is good, but the beds were disgusting. There was hair, dirt, and blood everywhere, and it was obvious the sheets hadn't been washed. Find somewhere else to stay.

The location is the one good thing here. The tub was filthy, its drain clogged with hair, and there were ants and other bugs. The place was beyond dirty, and there weren't even basics like potholders, dishwasher soap, a kettle, or salt and pepper. We raised the problems with the manager and were told they'd be taken care of. The attempt was pathetic, with practically no effort to clean anything up. They seem not to understand what soap and a proper scrub can do.

The location was excellent, but the mattresses were stained and dirty, and several light fixtures had bulbs that didn't work. We brought a certified service dog and were charged an extra $300, which I understand may be against Quebec law.

We weren't happy with how dirty the two-bedroom unit was. The beds hadn't been made, the fridge was dirty, the kitchen floor was sticky, and there was feces on the floor. My baby fell on her face, and I spent two hours cleaning the whole unit before we could stay there. I told the front desk. Someone came by but left without doing anything. When I reported it again the next day, they said there was no manager on site and nothing they could do. I raised it once more on checkout day, and the woman said there was no manager then either. We filed a report on paper, but nobody ever got back to us.
