Management moved us to a "better" condo after we complained, and it was more recent, though clearly it hadn't just been cleaned. I'm giving two stars generously, since at least the property wasn't overbooked. The condo we'd originally booked was filthy, falling apart, and badly neglected. The shower was moldy, the fireplace was missing and the area had been left like a construction site with dust, and the fridge was dirty and coming apart. I could list more. If you can, stay somewhere else.

We managed to salvage the evening, but the stress of the check-in mess has stuck with me. We kept seeing other guests stranded at reception later that night, so clearly the problem hadn't been fixed. For my wife's birthday, we'd planned dinner reservations and surprises around a smooth arrival, and instead the evening was thrown off completely. We arrived at 4 p.m., as instructed, but the promised key code never came by email. Four other guests were stuck there with us. A sign said reception staff had an emergency and told us to call a number. We called repeatedly and got hold music or voicemail. Around 4:25, a staff member showed up, didn't greet us or help, repeated what the sign said, and walked off. After nearly 40 minutes of trying different numbers, someone answered but spent 20 minutes questioning whether I even had a reservation, as if I were the problem. When I asked them to send someone to reception because several paying guests were waiting, they kept deflecting. At about 4:55, a supervisor came on the phone. He didn't apologize or take responsibility, and at first pretended not to speak English, even though the property clearly operates in both languages. Instead of sorting it out, he grilled us about why we hadn't called sooner and how long we'd been waiting, as if it were our fault. He eventually emailed the code reluctantly. We passed the phone to the other stranded guests so they could get into their rooms too. We finally got in at 5:30, after losing an hour and a half over something that should've taken two minutes. The room itself was average, clean enough, but the supposed queen bed was actually a twin, and the TV didn't work. Three stars at best for the room; the customer service was awful. I'd spend the extra $50 and stay at the Delta Marriott next door to avoid the frustration, lost time, and embarrassment.

We really enjoyed the view from the balcony and the huge kitchen, which made cooking together feel social. We stayed one night in Hébergement MSA’s Bloc 1 for the Défi des couleurs marathon. The condo was comfortable, clean, and beautiful, and the staff were very helpful. We'd gladly recommend Condo 1507.

The rooms were very spacious and clean, and felt like little houses. Everything we needed was there, even more than expected, so it was good value for money. I'd recommend it, and would have rated it 4.5 if Google reviews allowed that. The building is quite old, and the hallways initially made me a bit uncomfortable. It was hard to find the room key location, which was far away, and there were no signs to guide us from block 1 to 6.

After a nine-hour drive from Toronto, we reached the property at 3 a.m. with our Expedia booking, but the keys we were given wouldn't unlock the room. We had received the access code to retrieve them, yet couldn't get in. There was nobody at reception, and repeated attempts to reach hotel staff got us no help. We were left waiting in the lobby for hours, exhausted and uncomfortable, with no support or alternative place to stay, until the next check-in at 4 p.m. It was incredibly frustrating and disrupted everyone in our group. The lack of basic customer service and accountability was unacceptable. We expect a proper resolution and compensation for the distress and inconvenience.
