The staff were pleasant, and the beds were reasonably comfortable, but the rooms are pretty small. It's a beautiful place, though I didn't feel the value matched the price for a private room in a hostel.

You can make breakfast or cook in the beautiful kitchen, and the lounge has a fireplace and a big bay window facing nature. This old residence has been restored with real care and taste. The bright, clean rooms come with a fridge and TV, and the place is quiet, well located, and has parking. We got a very warm welcome and it felt like home. Good value for the price.

A lovely setting at a very reasonable price, and just five minutes from the bike paths. Absolutely perfect, I'd highly recommend it.
