For our annual school ski trip at Blue Mountain, we arranged all the lodging through Tyrolean Village. Their customer service was top notch and they were very accommodating. Denis deserves special thanks for organizing the cabins for our group. We'll book with them again.

My husband and I are back at private cottage 247. It's so peaceful and secluded, just right for recharging. Dennis and his team are fantastic. Thanks again, Angi and Ricky.

We booked chalet number 54 for a bachelor party with 20 guests, and it suited us perfectly. Eight bedrooms had 15 mattresses between them, with plenty of space for our other five guests to put down air mattresses. The chalet was spacious, fully stocked with plates, glassware, cutlery, and the small cooking essentials we needed. The ping-pong table downstairs was a fun extra, and we loved the hot tub. It's about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the village, so we didn't have to drive or pay for Ubers. The woman at the rental office was extremely helpful and quick to respond. I was impressed with both the chalet and the customer service. I'd recommend it to anyone renting in blue Mountain, and would come back if I plan another big bachelor party. Thanks for a great stay!

The resort managers were fantastic and really accommodating. Since our group was large, they even gave us an extra cottage after a small inconvenience. The places were clean, the kitchens had everything we needed, and the hot tubs were clean too. It's about a 10-minute walk to the village. I do think the rooms should have at least a small dresser.

Chalet #54 had plenty of space, a backyard, 15 beds, and a private hot tub and sauna, so for a large group on a budget it could work. But for the price, it felt very outdated. The fridge, likely from the late 80s or early 90s, barely kept things cold, and the old BBQ barely got hot. Neither of the two lovely decks, one at the front and one at the back on the second level, had stairs down to the ground. That made using the outdoor areas inconvenient. There was almost no portable seating indoors or outside, just one movable chair in the whole chalet; the rest was couches and benches, which didn't work well for socializing. It was 36 degrees during our stay, and the whole place got extremely hot. In 2024, every room should have air conditioning or at least a portable fan. The sheets and towels also cost about $15 per person extra. For that, we got very thin sheets and blankets, plastic-covered pillows that were annoying to sleep on, one towel each, and no hand towels in the bathrooms. Some sheets had unsettling stains. If I went again, I'd bring my own sheets and towels, plus a long list of things the chalet should have had. But at this price, everything needed should be in good condition and included, so I likely wouldn't stay again.
