We loved being right in the village with ski-in, ski-out access, and the loft suite worked perfectly for our family of four. The garage parking, hot tub, and other amenities were great, and we never waited more than a minute for an elevator. Staff were attentive even while busy, and we'd happily stay again. A few things could be better. We weren't told about the ski lockers or given the lock combination, which was frustrating, though maybe we should have asked as a new ski family. I also called to ask about clearance for our SUV with a Thule on top and didn't get much help from the front desk. If we'd known there was a valet lot for roof boxes, we would've paid the small fee. Driving in a snowstorm without a clear view out the back isn't fun, and the roof box fixes that. We found the restaurant food just alright for the price, and the place felt chaotic, though service was on point. Its policy of giving window seats only to reservations made little sense to the families we spoke with. Empty tables overlooking the village and lake stayed empty through our meal while walk-ins were seated inside. This isn't Manhattan. The bar looked tired, with broken shelf lighting, and didn't seem well kept. Given how prominent it is in the large lobby, it should be tidy, bright, and have a bit of sparkle. At least it stays open until midnight, which helped those of us with older kids, and the staff were right on the spot. Still, the bar made me wonder if it was already closed, and the hotel otherwise feels pretty awesome.

The location makes it easy to get to the village, restaurants, and outdoor activities. I'm a local realtor, and I recently met an out-of-town client at Westin Trillium House Blue Mountain. They had a great stay, with lovely, well-kept rooms, excellent service, and a welcoming feel. It gave them a strong first impression of the area, which matters when I'm working with buyers from out of town. I'd recommend it to visitors, whether they're here for leisure or looking at real estate, and I look forward to bringing more clients there.

The Deluxe room felt cozy, with a fireplace, balcony, dining table, and kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and complimentary bottled water. The main bed was comfortable and supportive, and I slept well. Families with kids can use the double sofa bed. My balcony faced the quiet side; I imagine the village view would be spectacular with the holiday lights. I was there for a conference, and this is one of my favourite Marriott hotels I've stayed at. The lobby is spacious and smells pleasant when you walk in. Front desk staff were helpful, and Henrique deserves a special thanks for being attentive and quickly sorting out my questions. The rooms have been renovated with modern touches. The hotel backs onto paths leading to the main village shops and restaurants. I wish the entrance doors were automatic like the vehicle drop-off doors. Those doors are a little confusing, since they lead to the quiet side instead of the village. There's a daily resort fee for using the facilities, and it may cover underground parking. It was a relaxing stay that felt like home, and I'd come back.

The heated pool was a highlight, and it seemed to be better maintained, which made it even nicer to use. We also found the location excellent, close to everything for enjoying the village and nearby activities. From start to finish, the service was amazing, with genuinely friendly, welcoming staff. We had a fantastic stay at Trillium Westin Blue Mountain and would gladly return.

The restaurant had a good range of food and drinks for guests, along with a nice view of the property. My room was clean and had the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. As a travel advisor, I had a great first impression as soon as I walked into the lobby. Staff were warm and welcoming, and at check-in they were polite and did their best to help with what I needed, especially Jay. I'd recommend the property to my clients and anyone interested in visiting blue mountain.
