The breakfast was great, with eggs, sausages, cereal, different kinds of toast (we liked the English muffins), fruit, orange slices, little carrot muffins, tea, and coffee. After hiking at Mount Tremblant, the $170/night price felt like great value. The hot tub, heated pool, and sauna were amazing. If the hot tub doesn’t feel hot enough, try pressing one of the 5, 15, or 30 min buttons next to it. It makes a boiling effect and seems to warm the water. There wasn’t shampoo or body wash in the shower, just a small bar of soap and a 30ml shampoo, so bring your own.

The one bright spot was the lovely woman at the front desk. The hotel was packed with hockey families, and so were the pool and hot tub. The walls were really thin, so we heard people talking and sneezing, kids running, and all sorts of noise. The TV wasn’t smart, had only a few channels, and didn’t let you watch Netflix or anything. I’ll definitely book somewhere else next time.

After a long day of driving, I was told at check-in that our room wasn’t available and we were given a different one. It was dirty, with dust and hair, so we had to go back to reception. The second room was still disappointing, and the WiFi never connected properly. I’m upset with the poor service. The manager promised to review and respond to my email, but I never heard back, and when I called, she was never in the office. What a memorable “great” experience. Think carefully before booking.

It’s a peaceful, clean hotel with nice amenities, including a sauna, pool, and gym. The gym is quite small, just a treadmill and a cable machine. For the price, though, it’s a great stay whether you’re travelling alone or with family.
