The room was spotless, and everyone on staff was really friendly. The keys were the one frustrating part: ours had to be replaced 4-5 times in just 48 hours. They were happy to help each time, but worrying about whether I could get into my room wasn’t something I wanted on vacation. Everything else about the stay was good.

There’s a Tim Hortons just before the hotel, which was handy for other meals, and the hotel sits near both the highway and town center. Breakfast each day included scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, cereal, toast, and several juices. Our room was clean and kept up well. The shower and tub looked recently upgraded, and there was plenty of hot water. I’d recommend staying here.

The bed was so comfortable, and the room was clean. Breakfast was lovely, with juice, coffee, hot and cold cereal, eggs, bacon, pancakes, and toast set out for you. Everyone was friendly and courteous from check-in onward. I’d be happy to come back.

The entrance décor was beautiful and impressive, my wife especially liked it, and the staff were super friendly. We stayed in corner room #125 on Day 2 of our July 2023 road trip to New Brunswick and PEI. It had a lovely south-facing view in the evening, and the room was more spacious and comfortable than other motels at a similar price. Breakfast was the weak spot. They did have hot options, but the quality and selection didn’t match what we’d had at a Choices chain motel. We’d still consider stopping here again on a road trip from Ottawa.
