The room and building were clean, but both felt dated. A smart TV would have been nice. There weren’t any TV channels unless you’re French, into sports, or like the news. The tub also took ages to drain. I stayed Friday and Saturday nights, and both times people underneath us were partying all night and kept me awake. If that’s normal, I’d avoid staying on a weekend.

Bilal deserves a special mention for going out of his way to make me feel comfortable and looked after. All the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring during my wonderful visit at the comfort inn. Highly recommend it if you want welcoming people and great service!

You can walk to almost everything you need from this perfect location. Zaharra at the front desk was an absolute pleasure, easily the best front desk employee I’ve ever dealt with. 10 stars for her.

We ran into trouble with the room’s heat and then the shower, which was putting out very hot water that couldn’t be adjusted. Ancy helped us out and quickly moved us to a different room.

The price is reasonable, and most of my nights here have been fine. I did have one bad night when the hallways smelled strongly of narcotics smoke. It’s dog friendly, and my dog enjoyed staying here too!
