I slept in my clothes because I felt unsafe and wanted to be ready to leave quickly. The exterior doors had no locks, so anyone off the street could get to the rooms. The hallways smelled of body odor, and the mattress was worn out and slumped to one side. My ground-floor window looked out onto a garbage bin. The rooms felt like a mix of lipstick on a pig and the Bates motel, with no pride of ownership. I know it’s a budget property, but that doesn’t excuse its poor condition. Best Western needs to take a long look at this place and apologize to anyone who books there, because the website is a catfish. I wish I could give a negative rating. BW needs to distance itself from this property, it detracts from the brand.

We went back a couple of weeks after my brother, sisters-in-law, and their spouses stayed here. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and the staff were welcoming and very friendly. The location is central to the city and right off the highway. We had dinner in the room from the fantastic Kochi Sushi restaurant downstairs. My family loved it and would go again.

The outside of the hotel looks quite run down, but our renovated rooms were more modern than we expected. They were clean, comfortable, and felt safe. I was there with students taking part in OFSAA, and Dave (the manager) was very helpful with booking for our big group. It was a good stay overall.

After a 10-hour trip from New Brunswick, it was great that the hotel was so close to the highway, and the room was quiet. Jyoti at the front desk was wonderful, very kind, helpful, and informative.

We booked while already on the road, and once we arrived we couldn’t cancel and get a refund. The room was disgusting and dirty, and the door looked as if someone had tried to jimmy the lock. Best Western should be ashamed to be affiliated with this hotel.
