Motel 6 Brooks, Ab

Karan at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and attentive. I couldn't get the TV working, and there was a flickering bulb, but he came right to my door and fixed both. That made me feel valued. The room also had complimentary popcorn and a water bottle, a genuinely welcoming touch. The atmosphere was warm as soon as I arrived, and the price was reasonable for the comfort and service. Thanks to Karan and the whole team, I had a memorable stay and will definitely return.

For $60 a night, it was a decent place and in a good location. I liked that the floors were wood or laminate instead of carpet. The broken toilet roll and towel holders weren't a huge deal, but still weren't great.

The A/C was noisy enough to make sleeping difficult, and there were no garbage bins around the property. The hotel could use some renovations to freshen it up. Still, the rooms were spotless and well kept, and staff were warm and friendly. It's pet-friendly, which is a big plus if you're traveling with a furry companion. It's an affordable, good-value place if you just need a clean room and aren't too picky.

We stayed two nights as a family of four. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had what we needed for the stay, and it was very quiet at night. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the front desk did a great job arranging rooms next to each other. Really good value for money, with everything and a bit more than I'd expect from a motel.
