The Chateau

We stayed in the gorgeous main part of the house, with lots of open space for the whole family. The finishings were luxurious, the views were lovely, and it was clean. We had no complaints at all, and it exceeded our expectations. The owner was amazing to deal with, and I’d rent from him again. The home is in a quiet, safe subdivision, yet close to restaurants and shopping.

We felt welcome and had complete privacy during our four-night stay in July. There were 10 of us across two families, and the property was great. The host communicated well and responded to all our requests. It’s in a very safe neighborhood with lots of amenities and great access. I’d definitely come back.

I spent two weeks here with my family, two adults and two small kids. The rooms were clean and looked like the pictures. The host was friendly and quick to respond, and even arranged a travel crib for us on short notice. There are several suites on the property, each a separate private unit, so you can choose one that fits your needs. The smart lock made self check-in really useful. If you need extra items for your suite, contact the host and he can arrange to have them brought in. I’d definitely stay again.

The house layout worked really well for our group, with plenty of space to sit and sleep. It was clean when we arrived and looked just like the pictures. The host had helped us five days before arrival, answering all our questions about coming to vancouver, and kept going above and beyond to help, replying within minutes whenever we had a question. I’d recommend this home to anyone visiting vancouver for those three reasons: cleanliness, a helpful and responsive host, and the roomy layout.
